As you already know, the story behind Mode Choc is above all a family affair and talking about “family” also means “family recipes”! The Mode Choc punch earned its reputation in the Roussy family many years ago, as it did at staff parties. Here it is, to prove how this recipe is perfect for big families; it is made in a 10-litre water jug.

For the punch, you will need:

– 40 oz. of white rhum

– 26 oz. of coconut rhum

– 3 litres of unsweetened, pink grapefruit juice

– 2 litres of orange juice

– 1 litres of ginger ale

– Orange slices for decoration

For the juices and the ginger ale, the quantities are approximate: the only rule to keep in mind is that is necessary to put more grapefruit juice than orange juice.

After mixing all the ingredients, just put the jar on the porch and to serve it, as needed, in smaller portions in a nice punch bowl!
